Unable to travel to create field recordings in those remote far flung places he is accustomed to, Vilhelm has instead had to self-isolate with his family in the remote far flung place that he lives and use his home environment as the place to create his next audio project. Confined to the family small holding, a 2 acre meadow becomes the focus of his research. The recordings and film clips that emerge from his study during this time are now presented in 'The Nature of Things'. A 13 track album of compositions derived from field recordings captured entirely from a small meadow in West Cornwall during the Covid-19 lockdown.
